This is a concise update on where we are headed economically, especially the housing market. In the last 30 seconds, he had a great point.
He stated that you will hear everyone talk about wanting people to be able to afford a home. The difference is that he wants everyone to be able to afford a home they can own, where the Government wants everyone to be able to afford a home that they can make a payment to the bank on.
It is a great point, and yet another layer of deception, that completely gets overlooked in our fast pace, sound bite society. We need to understand fully what people mean with general statements, no assumptions.
