Below is a string of headlines from just today.  We are living in the days of Noah.  Our society has become evil.  We call evil good and good evil.

Those that say it is not right to murder a baby are called evil and intolerant.

And yet those that help perform these services are considered good and our president asks God to bless them.

We are told that we are intolerant for calling sin, sin and yet those that embrace sin are considered mainstream?

In Romans 10 Paul lays out how salvation is open to all, Jew and Gentile.  He writes:

Here are three different topics that layout the level of deception we are seeing in our society today.

It is insane how bold and blatant it has become.  They do not even try to hide it anymore.

Unfortunately, most of this world is so fast a sleep or already under the spell of strong delusions that those trying to get the truth out are considered the radicals.

Heck, the Evangelical Christians are ahead of Al-Qaeda on the terror threat list for our military.

“Institution of marriage should not exist” – Gay activist admits ‘we lie’ that marriage won’t change

It’s not often you hear the truth from people who lie about their agendas, but here’s an instance in which gay activist, Masha Gessen, admits “we lie that the institution of marriage is not going to change” and further says she doesn’t believe it should exist at all

<Note: There is a audio recording of the text below.  Follow the link in the title to the original post on TheRightScoop.com.>

“It’s a no-brainer that (homosexual activists) should have the right to marry, but I also think equally that it’s a no-brainer that the institution of marriage should not exist. …(F)ighting for gay marriage generally involves lying about what we are going to do with marriage when we get there — because we lie that the institution of marriage is not going to change, and that is a lie.

The institution of marriage is going to change, and it should change. And again, I don’t think it should exist. And I don’t like taking part in creating fictions about my life. That’s sort of not what I had in mind when I came out thirty years ago.

I have three kids who have five parents, more or less, and I don’t see why they shouldn’t have five parents legally… I met my new partner, and she had just had a baby, and that baby’s biological father is my brother, and my daughter’s biological father is a man who lives in Russia, and my adopted son also considers him his father. So the five parents break down into two groups of three… And really, I would like to live in a legal system that is capable of reflecting that reality, and I don’t think that’s compatible with the institution of marriage.”

It’s not about tolerance or acceptance, nor has it ever been. “We just want to get married too…” has always been a lie and it’s unfortunate that people on our side like Bill O’Reilly find it to be such a compelling argument. But this is just a smaller piece to a greater goal of tearing down the pillars of western civilization through cultural Marxism.

Many of you have seen this video but it is worth watching again as Bill Whittle explains the history and the goals of cultural Marxism:

The Lord has been putting on my heart a few things.  I have been working hard to tie them together and I think JD just helped me greatly.  The three things he has put on my heart through studying His word over the last week are:

Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first – 2 Thes. 2:3

Then you will discern the fear of the Lord and discover the knowledge of God. – Proverbs 2:5

Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil – Isaiah 5:20

The Lord is amazing.  He says: “If you seek her (wisdom) as silver and search for her (wisdom) as for hidden treasures” (context mine)- (Proverbs 2:4)  Then you will discern the fear of the Lord.  We have to seek, meaning reading God’s word directly, and when we do, it is amazing what He reveals and how He reveals it.

2Peter below is one of the keys that JD laid out.  It is the passage on what we can expect and why.  The scoffers of Christs return are many and the intensity he mentions is so true, you can feel it.  If you even mention: prophecy, rapture, Christ, Gospel, Christs Return, or Judgement.  You will feel the intensity of the push back.  They do not want to hear sound doctrine (2 Timothy 4:3).

2 Peter 3:3-12

New American Standard Bible (NASB)

The Coming Day of the Lord

Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts, and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation.” For [a]when they maintain this, it escapes their notice that by the word of God the heavens existed long ago and the earth was formed out of water and by water, through which the world at that time was destroyed, being flooded with water. But by His word the present heavens and earth are being reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.

But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day. The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

A New Heaven and Earth

10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and [b]its works will be [c]burned up.

11 Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat!

Footnotes:

  1. 2 Peter 3:5 Or they are willfully ignorant of this fact, that
  2. 2 Peter 3:10 Lit the works in it
  3. 2 Peter 3:10 Two early mss read discovered

I implore you to watch the full video, it is an amazing update on what we are seeing and why.

How far have we come?  We are mocked if we even bring it up.  We are called the evil ones, met with scorn.

We are at the hour.  Why?

The world is busy fulfilling their own evil desires, believing everything goes on as it has since creation.

Judgement is coming!  We must turn back to God.

Maranatha, Lord come quickly!

The last player in the Psalms 83 prophecy is now coming into focus.  Syria has been in the slow process of falling without direct support from the Muslim Brotherhood, but not that its end looms near.  The Brotherhood is moving in, much like in Egypt to seise control and encircle its end goal – Israel.  To wipe the jewish nation off the map, and off the face of the earth.

They may roll in slowly, but they will surely assume control and join the looming attack on Israel that God fortold through the prophets.  We know how it ends!

Exiled Muslim Brotherhood plans return to Syria

By Roula Khalaf and Abigail Fielding-Smith in Istanbul

The Muslim Brotherhood is set to open offices inside Syria for the first time since the organisation was crushed there decades ago, in an apparent effort to capitalise on the increasingly Islamised rebellion.

The article below shows the level of deception our world has achieved.  Our own government and mainstream media is lying to us and covering up for those that want to harm us.  They used to call that Treason.

Of course, we should not be surprised.  Christ and the prophets warned us of the deception we would see in the last days.  Good would be called evil and evil, good.  Many false prophets and false messiah would arise and deceive many, even the elect.

We must wake up and turn back to God so that we can be protected and able to discern the Truth.  It is all there in God’s word if we seek it.  He laid it out in advance, thousands of years ago so that we could be reassured and know that He is God.

The Now Free Saudi ‘Person of Interest’ Has 6 Saudi ‘Terrorists’ in Family,5 More Are in Gitmo

Confirmation that Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi, the Saudi national and initial “person of interest,” is indeed being deported this week now is spreading across the Internet. More details are emerging this weekend as Arabic sources and Saudi papers themselves are confirming “rumors” swirling in the US. (more at bottom)

Moreover, the Saudi papers are detailing the visit by the Obamas, especially Michelle to the hospital and this man. The “rumors” of the President meeting with Saudi officials in the hospital just prior to his “approved deportation” is a bragging right in their press.

More notable is the assertions that Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi is free an clear of terrorist ties, when in fact over 10 names from his clan are already linked to Al-Qaeda.

Many from Al-Harbi’s clan are entrenched in terrorism and are members of Al-Qaeda as identified by the Islamic governements.

Out of a list of 85 terrorists listed by the Saudi government shows several of Al-Harbi clan to have been active fighters in Al-Qaeda:

#15 Badr Saud Uwaid Al-Awufi Al-Harbi
#73 Muhammad Atiq Uwaid Al-Awufi Al-Harbi
#26 Khalid Salim Uwaid Al-Lahibi Al-Harbi
#29 Raed Abdullah Salem Al-Thahiri Al-Harbi
#43 Abdullah Abdul Rahman Muhammad Al-Harbi (leader)
#60 Fayez Ghuneim Humeid Al-Hijri Al-Harbi

This is outrageous.  When I saw the headline I could only shake my head to the audacity.

What a better sign that our world is upside down than our Abortion Commander-in-Chief telling the leading abortion organization in our nation that he wishes God to bless them and their work – the murder of our children for the convenience of the parent’s life.

Evil is called good and good, evil!

Our nation has turned away from God and our founding roots.  Our nation was one of two in world history that at our founding we were consecrated in service to God.  We were founded as a Christian nation to serve God and fulfill His will and because of that commitment, we have been blessed beyond belief.

However, we have turned from Him as a nation and are systematically driving him from every area of our public life and in many, their private lives.  His blessing and protection has thus been lifted.

We are living in the Days of Noah and the Days of Lot.  Evil is called good and good, evil as prophesied.

Obama to Largest Abortion Provider: ‘God Bless You’

President Obama ended his address to the largest abortion provider in the U.S., Planned Parenthood, by saying, “God bless you.”

“As long as we’ve got to fight to make sure women have access to quality, affordable health care, and as long as we’ve got to fight to protect a woman’s right to make her own choices about her own health, I want you to know that you’ve also got a president who’s going to be right there with you, fighting every step of the way,” said Obama. “Thank you, Planned Parenthood. God bless you.”

Jan’s article this week really hit close to home.  (Excerpt below, full article below.)

Excuse me while I rant. I think Bible prophecy gets a bad rap.  I think that those of us who long for Jesus’ return are marginalized in the church today. I even think there is a war on Bible prophecy starting in our seminaries. The carnage is played out in our churches that across-the-board stay away from the subject. The fact that the King is coming is seen as bad news to many because the event is shrouded in the world’s bad news.

But my perplexity goes beyond this. As a ministry, we have asked ourselves just how we can get the under age 45 crowd out to our events. Todd Strandberg of Rapture Ready writes about this as well. He says, “Every time I go to a prophecy conference, I can’t help but notice the sea of gray hair in the main meeting room. A few years back, at a conference in South Carolina, there wasn’t a single person under age 50 — and we had over 500 people in attendance.”

As one of  the few in the younger segment, I can definitely relate to what the quotes listed below say about our generations.  I have pondered this quite a bit as I attend conferences.  I feel most of it is the falling away prophesied.  There is another more practical piece as well.  Most of those I know in that age group are very “busy” with life trying to survive, hold on to what they have, and provide for their families.  I think part of it could simply be a matter of time, or better put, lack of time.  Those that are on their second or third career, maybe in “retirement” with families grown, simply have more time to be vocal about their beliefs, do the studies needed, have radio shows, start websites, or attend conferences.  Shoot, even finding time to read a book can be challenging for those working 2-3 jobs, raising a family, and attending to their spousal duties, etc.

This “busy-ness” is too, I feel, prophetic and may be a tool used in the “falling away” we are experiencing.  God said in the latter days, knowledge will increase and many will run to and fro.  At some point the economy will also be so bad that a man would have to work all day for a single days worth of food.  Could we be starting to see this ramp up?  It seems like we have to stretch every dollar we have further each day and there is so much information (and dis-information) thrown at us everyday that it can take every waking hour to just filter through and digest it all.  There are more “distractions” streaming at us 24/7 than ever before in history.  It’s hard to imagine that even 50 years ago the expression “has time on his hands” was common and used often to describe a young person.  Could this just be another way the evil one distracts the young and less wise from God’s word and promises?

With the speed at which things have crescendo’ed, a person has to make a strong stand to actively seek God and study His word (which includes prophecy, especially) or be swept away in the current of life and leisure.  I am afraid that most do not chose to make that stand and fight daily upstream to wrestle with God’s word daily, opening their hearts to the Holy Spirit so that they can properly and more quickly discern the truth and filter through all the disinformation that is spewed constantly.  Could this “lack of time” or maybe better put lack of wisdom and priorities, be causing so many in this age group to miss God’s prophetic word?  I know it is a daily struggle, personally, and something I have had to sacrifice to maintain from a time stand point (No TV and little to no worldly entertainment), though the reward has been overwhelming.

Without God, how can we expect to keep up this insane pace and discern correctly.  Most roll over when nudged awake and go back to sleep, not wanting to bother with the effort required to resist this world’s distractions and fight upstream.  It is a sad state, but we should not dwell on it.  It is why Christ said “when we see these things begin (just start, not complete) we should look up, and lift up our heads because our redemption draws near.  Our Blessed Hope!

Luke 21:28

New American Standard Bible (NASB)

28 But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

Scoffers Abound

By Jan Markell

Excuse me while I rant. I think Bible prophecy gets a bad rap.  I think that those of us who long for Jesus’ return are marginalized in the church today. I even think there is a war on Bible prophecy starting in our seminaries. The carnage is played out in our churches that across-the-board stay away from the subject. A few years back, at a conference in South Carolina, there wasn’t a single person under age 50 — and we had over 500 people in attendance.”

Strandberg concludes, “I’m very concerned about the state of leadership in the field of prophecy. I’m 47, and I am a spring chicken when compared to the ages of my peers.”

So I threw the dilemma out to my radio listeners this past weekend.  I asked that if they were of the “younger generation,” and loved the topic of eschatology (end-times), would you please send me a note? I cannot say that I am inundated! I’ve had less than a dozen replies thus far. Here are a few examples.

Nick is 27 and writes, “I’m very concerned with the young generation. We are moving into the ‘end times’ at such a rapid rate and this young generation is in a coma.” Those are his words, not mine! I am certain that not every young person is in that condition. /span>

Mike is 34 and writes, “You asked on your program today for young people to let you know if end-time prophecy is an issue. End-time prophecy is not AN issue, it is THE issue. You can look at it as I do as the blessed hope or you can look at it as frightening.”

Ashley writes, “I am completely enthralled about learning about end times and how events in our world are carrying us closer to the return of our King. It thrills me!! Most of my (young) friends know nothing about it and have little desire to learn. They say it scares them. Personally though, I am filled with hope that we could be caught up with Jesus and not have to taste death. I can’t wait to meet Jesus face to face!”
