Iran: Armageddon at hand, prepare for war
Iran is again asserting that Armageddon is at hand and that the Islamic regime’s followers, indeed all of Islam, must prepare for a monumental change in the world.

Iranian President-Elect Rouhani: Israel a ‘wound’ that must be removed
Iranian President-Elect Hassan Rouhani on Friday referred to Israel as a “wound” that has afflicted the Muslim world for years and must be removed, Iran’s Mehr News Agency reported. “The Zionist regime is a wound that has sat on the body of the Muslim world for years and needs to be removed,” Rouhani said at a demonstration in Tehran marking Al-Quds (Jerusalem) Day, an annual show of support for the Palestinian cause.

U.S. to Close Embassies in Middle East
Well, this is straight out of an episode of Homeland. According to a CNN investigation, dozens of CIA operatives were on the ground in Benghazi, Libya, for a top-secret operation on the night of the September 11 attack that killed four Americans. Psalms 83: The last piece of the puzzle slides into place…

The last player in the Psalms 83 prophecy is now coming into focus.  Syria has been in the slow process of falling without direct support from the Muslim Brotherhood, but not that its end looms near.  The Brotherhood is moving in, much like in Egypt to seise control and encircle its end goal – Israel.  To wipe the jewish nation off the map, and off the face of the earth.

They may roll in slowly, but they will surely assume control and join the looming attack on Israel that God fortold through the prophets.  We know how it ends!

In Romans 10 Paul lays out how salvation is open to all, Jew and Gentile.  He writes:

“For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.” – Romans 10:4-5

What he is saying is now it is not about works or how closely to a “T” you follow the law.  But that it is through God’s gift of grace through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ.  It is really that simple, and yet a hard step for some of us.

“That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” – Romans 10:9

Christ is the narrow gate (Matthew 7:13-14), through faith in Him you will be saved.  It is the only “works” that God requires for eternal salvation.

Russian Anti-Terror Troops Arrive in Syria

MOSCOW, Russia, March 19, 2012

A Russian military unit has arrived in Syria, according to Russian news reports, a development that a United Nations Security Council source told ABC News was “a bomb” certain to have serious repercussions.

Russia, one of President Bashar al-Assad’s strongest allies despite international condemnation of the government’s violent crackdown on the country’s uprising, has repeatedly blocked the United Nations Security Council’s attempts to halt the violence, accusing the U.S. and its allies of trying to start another war.

Now the Russian Black Sea fleet’s Iman tanker has arrived in the Syrian port of Tartus on the Mediterranean Sea with an anti-terror squad from the Russian Marines aboard according to the Interfax news agency. The Assad government has insisted it is fighting a terrorist insurgency. The Russian news reports did not elaborate on the Russian troops’ mission in Syria or if they are expected to leave the port.

The presence of Russian troops in Syria could be a “pretty obvious” show of support to the regime, according to Russian security expert Mark Galeotti.

“No one thinks of the Russians as anything but Assad’s last friends,” said Galeotti, professor of global affairs at New York University.

‘Hizbullah has 10,000 operatives manning 40,000 missiles’

French daily ‘Le Figaro’ reveals new information on military structure of Shi’ite group, including transport and manufacture of rockets.

A report in the French daily Le Figaro late Monday revealed new information on the military wing of Hizbullah’s structural make-up, with details on the guerrilla group’s 10,000 operatives and arsenal of some 40,000 rockets. The report also focused on Syria‘s role in Hizbullah operations, in both manufacture and transportation of rockets.

According to the Le Figaro report, which quoted anonymous officials in the French Defense Ministry and Western intelligence sources, Hizbullah has three units dedicated to the transportation and maintenance of its rocket arsenal.

The unit responsible for transporting weapons from Damascus, Unit 108, received a delivery of Syrian missiles headed to Lebanon in January last year, according to Le Figaro. The shipment, which was apparently spotted by US military intelligence, was said to have contained 26 M-6002 missiles with a range of 250km. Unit 108’s main barracks are located near Syria’s border with Lebanon, in the Shi’ite town of Doma, the report added, with operatives also positioned within Damascus. The unit has another base next to Damascus Airport, which is vital for the handling of weapon shipments from Iran – Hizbullah’s main backer.

The two will discuss “security issues” including a joint military campaign and against Kurdish freedom fighters.

Report: Hizbullah successfully tests new missile in Iran

More tension and preparation for war.  This time Hizbullah is testing rockets in Iran.  I would say the alliances are fairly established now, the alliances of the Psalm 83 war.

Psalm 83:3-8 “With cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those you cherish.  4 “Come,” they say, “let us destroy them as a nation, that the name of Israel be remembered no more.”  5 With one mind they plot together;  they form an alliance against you- 6 the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, of Moab and the Hagrites, 7 Gebal, Ammon and Amalek, Philistia, with the people of Tyre.  8 Even Assyria has joined them to lend strength to the descendants of Lot.  Selah”

Report: Hizbullah successfully tests new missile in Iran

Iranian “Fatah 110” has a range of 200 km, capable of reaching Ashdod, Jerusalem; Lebanese terror group reportedly has list of priority targets.

Special Hizbullah units in Iran have successfully launched and tested a new Iranian missile “Fatah 110,” according to a report over the weekend by Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai, Channel 2 news reported.

Top defense official: Russian arms sold to Syria will be used against Israel

Russian defense minister announced on Friday that Moscow would go ahead with its sale of P-800 Yakhont anti-ship cruise missiles to Syria.

The Israeli defense establishment is greatly concerned about Russia’s plans to go ahead with a sale of advanced arms to Syria, a defense source said on Saturday.

“Israel views [arms sale] with great concern,” the senior defense official said. “The weapons will eventually be turned against Israel.”
