Sudan woman faces death for apostasy
A Sudanese court has sentenced a woman to hang for apostasy after she left Islam and married a Christian man. “We gave you three days to recant but you insist on not returning to Islam. I sentence you to be hanged to death,” the judge told the woman, AFP reports. Western embassies and rights groups had urged Sudan to respect the right of the pregnant woman to choose her religion.
One in four adults worldwide are anti-Semitic, survey says
The survey included 102 countries representing 88 percent of the world population, and asked if 11 traditionally anti-Semitic attitudes were true or false. Those stereotypes include whether Jewish people have excessive power over international markets and the global media, whether they are about only “their own kind,” and whether “Jews are responsible for most of the world’s wars.”
Today we are surrounded by so much deception. You can not believe your eyes or ears. Everything is photo shopped, or meanings reversed, or spun so many which ways that it is almost impossible to recognize the truth. And those that aren’t or can’t be treated that way are simply suppressed and never see the light of day.

In Romans 10 Paul lays out how salvation is open to all, Jew and Gentile. He writes:
“For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.” – Romans 10:4-5
What he is saying is now it is not about works or how closely to a “T” you follow the law. But that it is through God’s gift of grace through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. It is really that simple, and yet a hard step for some of us.
“That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” – Romans 10:9
Christ is the narrow gate (Matthew 7:13-14), through faith in Him you will be saved. It is the only “works” that God requires for eternal salvation.
