Is Facebook about to put a toll booth on the social media superhighway? As we discussed in a profile of Mark Zuckerberg earlier this year, Facebook’s Next Big Thing is Credits, which started its rollout today. An online payment system not unlike PayPal, the company says the plain-sounding-but-ominous-in-a-sci-fi-way Credits will streamline commerce on Facebook (games first), and, with Zuckerberg and Co. taking a 30% cut of every transaction, perhaps fatten the bottom line one day.
Forex traders and global conspiracy theorists take note: with close to 600 million people using the system, we could be watching a Dollar rival spring to life. To the bunkers!
Facebook is announcing the next phase in its roll-out of its virtual currency Facebook Credits, which is leaving beta testing today. That means all Facebook game developers will be able to start using Credits as their payment system for virtual goods — in fact, Facebook is requiring them to make the switch by July.
The company planned to make the announcement at noon Pacific today, but it’s releasing the news a little early after TechCrunch got the scoop from an unidentified source and predicted that decision would “ruffle some feathers”. That’s probably true, though the transition is already well underway. In the past year, Facebook held occasionally tense negotiations with the biggest social game developers like Zynga to bring them on-board with the program.

Hooray…Happy days are here again!
That is exactly what the elite would have us believe with the 9.4% unemployment number in this huge CONfidence game otherwise known as the USEconomy.

We were having dinner at my in-law’s house and I had overheard the TV playing in the back ground. At one point, I thought I had heard the squealing of teenagers who were fawning over Justin Beiber. Instead, it turned out that it was someone on the news reporting the new, much lower 9.4% unemployment rate. I could hear the panting of excitement spoken by the breathless reporters who were interviewing very serious economists about this new 9.4% rate. The news aired their personal interest piece about a girl who was just hired at an internet company. She commented with the utmost confidence that the economy was getting better!! You have all heard that saying, “it is a recession when your neighbor loses a job, but when you lose a job it is a depression.” Well, according to her, we are out of her depression.
But alas, this is all a dream and the media is using their very best, tried and true propaganda to keep the people from getting too upset with reality. Let me just state that the real rate of unemployment is much, much more than the 9.4% and if the government really reported what was really going on, there would be revolution in the morning. Allow me to destroy this fictional 9.4% number and the billion dollar propaganda machine that provides cover for the trillion dollar banking and government schemes. I will accomplish this magical feat with writing a blog post in my pajamas. That is real magic!

Prophecy has foretold that during the last days, when the Antichrist rises, there will be one world government, which he will assume control of. One of the key hurdles that still remains is the US as a sole superpower. We are seeing that break down now, and the collapse of the US dollar will be a major part. S&P, Moody’s Warn On U.S. Credit Rating
With attention focused on sovereign-debt worries in Europe, two major credit-rating firms reminded investors again that the U.S. has debt problems of its own.
Investors bought Treasury debt nonetheless, ignoring the comments, which echoed prior statements by the companies and may still be months or years away from having any practical meaning.
“The warning on the U.S. rating is well-founded,” said Brian Yelvington, chief fixed-income strategist at Knight Capital. “However, it will probably fall on deaf ears until the peripheral Europe story plays out.”
Moody’s Investors Service said in a report on Thursday that the U.S. will need to reverse the expansion of its debt if it hopes to keep its “Aaa” rating.
“We have become increasingly clear about the fact that if there are not offsetting measures to reverse the deterioration in negative fundamentals in the U.S., the likelihood of a negative outlook over the next two years will increase,” Sarah Carlson, senior analyst at Moody’s, said.

Bancor: The Name Of The Global Currency That A Shocking IMF Report Is Proposing
Sometimes there are things that are so shocking that you just do not want to report them unless they can be completely and totally documented. Over the past few years, there have been many rumors about a coming global currency, but at times it has been difficult to pin down evidence that plans for such a currency are actually in the works. Not anymore. A paper entitled “Reserve Accumulation and International Monetary Stability” by the Strategy, Policy and Review Department of the IMF recommends that the world adopt a global currency called the “Bancor” and that a global central bank be established to administer that currency. The report is dated April 13, 2010 and a full copy can be read here. Unfortunately this is not hype and it is not a rumor. This is a very serious proposal in an official document from one of the mega-powerful institutions that is actually running the world economy. Anyone who follows the IMF knows that what the IMF wants, the IMF usually gets. So could a global currency known as the “Bancor” be on the horizon? That is now a legitimate question.
So where in the world did the name “Bancor” come from? Well, it turns out that “Bancor” is the name of a hypothetical world currency unit once suggested by John Maynard Keynes. Keynes was a world famous British economist who headed the World Banking Commission that created the IMF during the Breton Woods negotiations.

The bancor was a World Currency Unit of clearing that was proposed by John Maynard Keynes, as leader of the British delegation and chairman of the World Bank commission, in the negotiations that established the Bretton Woods system, but has not been implemented.

Nigel Farage may not be a name familiar name for many Americans, but his message to the European Union this week echoed the familiar anti-spending slogans of America’s tea party movement.
Earlier this week, Farage, the leader of the UK Independence Party and co-president of Europe of Freedom and Democracy (EFD), spoke out against the EU for allowing member states to get into debt and bailing them out at the expense of the ordinary people of Europe. All this in the name of cohesion, he suggests, marks significant threats to democracy.
“We don’t want that flag, we don’t want the anthem, we don’t want this political class,” Farage said. “We want the whole thing consigned to the dustbin of history.”
“Just who the hell do you think you people are? You are very, very dangerous people indeed,” he said. “Your obsession with creating this Euro-State means that you’re happy to destroy democracy. You appear to be happy for millions and millions of people to be unemployed and to be poor. Untold millions must suffer so that your Euro-Dream can continue.”

Sadly, though, even while most Americans were enjoying the holiday or hitting the malls, much of Europe was sinking deeper into a new, more severe phase of its sovereign debt crisis.
This crisis is unfolding despite Herculean rescues by the European Union, the International Monetary Fund and the U.S. Federal Reserve.
It’s striking right now.
And it’s threatening to spread to all of the world’s big debtor nations, including the biggest of all — the United States.
Hard Evidence from Global Markets
This conclusion is not merely my analysis or forecast.
It’s the collective opinion of global investors who, at this very moment, are scrambling to buy insurance against bond defaults by major governments.
Think of it like life insurance:
- When the premiums are cheap, it’s because the country has a clean bill of health.
- When the premiums start rising, it means there’s growing evidence of fiscal disease.
- And when premiums skyrocket to obscenely high levels, you can be darn certain the country’s Treasury is on its death bed, threatening to take down the government … sabotage its economy … and, inevitably, impoverish its people.
That’s precisely the situation the Irish find themselves in today. Their economy is sinking fast. Their two largest banks — the equivalent of our Bank of America and Citigroup — have just gone under. The Prime Minister is resigning. Millions of citizens are sinking into poverty. And yesterday’s final agreement on a $113 billion European rescue package will not change that reality.
